Obtained under KVKK arts. 5/1 and 9 and Turkish Law no. 6563 on commercial electronic communications. Effective: June 12, 2026. The Turkish version is the legally authoritative text.
Giving consent is entirely optional. Declining does not block access to the core Service. You may withdraw any consent at any time.
1. Data Controller
I confirm that I have read the KVKK Information Notice issued by Logicute Yazılım Limited Şirketi (“Localuck”) and that I freely give my explicit consent for the items below.
2. Scope of Explicit Consent — Group- and Person-Specific Campaigns
I consent that the public groups I have joined may be seen by businesses so that those businesses can offer campaigns, discounts and deals tailored to those groups and to me, and that my profile may be included in the targeting of such campaigns.

This explicit consent relates only to the public group information you enter in the app being seen by businesses so that group- and person-specific campaigns can be shown to you. Without it, the group- and person-specific campaigns under the “For You” section stay hidden; other core app features are unaffected. You may withdraw your consent at any time.
Information about cross-border transfer of personal data and the infrastructure used to operate the Service is set out in the KVKK Information Notice and the Privacy Policy; this explicit consent does not concern those transfers.
3. Withdrawal
You may withdraw this consent at any time via the “For You” section in the app, or by writing to info@localuck.com. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before we received notice.
